WindowBlinds.com warrants that the operating mechanisms, slat, vane and shade materials contained in its window covering products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product.
In the event of a defect under this warranty, we will repair or replace the product, at our option, provided that it is returned to the original retail dealer or to us. We will not pay the cost of removal or reinstallation. WindowBlinds.com will pay for standard ground shipping cost within the continental United States for covered product returned to us within one year of purchase date. Shipping of all other returns will be at the purchaser's expense. Repairs will be made with like or similar parts.
This warranty does not cover any conditions or damages resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, exposure to the elements, or discoloration due to the passage of time. Some slight warpage of slat and vane materials is considered to be normal. Shade material made of natural wood, bamboo or fabric will contain variations of color, grain, texture, stretching and warpage which are all characteristics of these types of products. These are considered normal, and will not be covered under this warranty.
*2" and 2-1/2" blinds that exceed our recommended size limitations will have no warranty by WindowBlinds.com.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS, LIABILITIES OR WARRANTIES. In no event shall WindowBlinds.com will be liable for INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense, or fee. Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation or incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion or limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
